Whitney Sause was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri with her three siblings: Colton, Mitchell, and Delaney.
Whitney joined the Missouri Army National Guard in 2011, shortly following her graduation at Oak Park High School because she was interested in Law Enforcement and furthering her education.
Whitney was enlisted as a 31B Military Police. In her eyes, this was the perfect opportunity to earn some money, knowledge, discipline, and respect. Whitney felt as if she successfully accomplished her mission in obtaining all of those things. What she didn’t expect was the painful addiction that developed during her time in service.
Whitney knew that there was more to life than the anger and addiction. She began exploring her spirituality, mindfulness, and Buddhism.
Whitney found a place called Temple Buddhist Center that offered mediation services. Whitney began her meditation practice in 2011 when she was in Basic Combat Training and continued her practice when she found the temple that she now calls hॐme. Whitney is now guiding individuals through private and group meditations because she felt drawn to assisting others in finding peace.
Ensuing two years of deep intensive internal work with coaches and mentors, Whitney is ready to give back.
Her mission is to successfully assist as many individuals as she can to truly have the best experience available to them. A life of comfort, ease, and inner peace.
As a result of personally experiencing trauma, Whitney has made it her mission to focus on assisting other individuals who have also experienced trauma. PTSD is her main focus, but she knows that her mission in this life is to assist anyone that she can.
Most people that encounter Whitney considers her to be wise beyond her years. She is extremely passionate about sharing the information and wisdom that she has obtained.
She learns by listening to podcasts, reading books & blogs, listening to audiobooks, attending various workshops, classes, networking events, and retreats.
